Book an Appointment
Dear clients, Thank you for being here! We can’t wait to help you reach all your health & mobility goals, in a safe, welcoming, and trauma-informed clinic space.
Due to the high demand and longer wait to access our services, we recommend booking a minimum of two follow-up visits, 1 or 2 weeks apart, after booking an initial assessment visit.
This will ensure that you are able to have a follow-up visit if required. Our therapists or yourself can cancel or postpone the follow-up visits after the initial visit, at anytime if needed.
Please note that we are not a OHIP-covered or WSIB clinic. Also a gentle reminder that we require 48 hours for changes to your appointment or cancelations. Last-minute cancelations will be subject to a cancelation fee and no-shows will be charged the full appointment rate at the time of the missed appointment. We appreciate everyone’s understanding! :)

🍂 Where? JAG centre in Braeside, Fridays @ 9am
🍂 When? Starting November 1st, for 6 consecutive weeks
If an initial physiotherapy assessment has been completed at APPP in the last year, you may be able to claim the whole program under physiotherapy private insurance benefits.

Did you know that physiotherapists undertake 6+ years of university to become licensed? Physiotherapists are trained to target specific and personalized exercises for their patients. Participating in a physiotherapist-led exercise program allows you to exercise while feeling safe, supported, and guided during the whole course of the 6-week program.
Your physiotherapists will send you an intake form prior to the start of the classes, to ensure that they know your specific areas of weakness, your previous injuries, your medical history, and your own specific goals. In doing so, they will be able to personalize your experience, and help you gain strength in the most comfortable way possible!
After the 6-week program, you will be given a handout of the exercises that you learned, as well as your own exercise rubber band, so that you can carry-on practicing the exercise program at home!
Physiotherapist-led group exercise classes are not only beneficial for people who feel limited in their mobility and strength, but are also backed by evidence and proven to provide long-term benefits for people experiencing back, neck, shoulder, hip and knee pain!
